That cozy little place had me feelin' at home the moment I walked in. The staff treated us like family, and bless their hearts, they even gave us hot chocolate on arrival! My room was snug and warm, perfect for the cold nights here. Just wish there'd been a fridge for cold drinks.

The hotel is centrally located near many fantastic restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore Strasbourg on foot.

The air conditioning in the room did not function well, leaving the air feeling too dry during my stay.

The ambiance of the hotel was refreshing, making it a joy to return after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delightful with a hearty spread, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel had its charm, I found the room storage lacking, and the lack of a fridge was a bit inconvenient. Also, navigating to the room involved a few steps that could be tiring for some guests.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the old town. We enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and prompt with information.

For dads, it would be great to have safer room conditions.

Excellently located, just steps from the tram stop! And it's only an easy walk to the train station and old town. Breakfast was really good too, with plenty of options to fill you up.

The location was ideal for exploring, just steps from the tram and easy access to the city center, which made sightseeing a breeze. Staff were attentive, providing excellent recommendations for local dining, and I enjoyed the coffee and tea-making amenities in the room. However, the room itself felt cramped with limited storage space, and the Wi-Fi connection was weak, hindering productivity during my stay. The lack of a refrigerator also posed a challenge during hotter days, which would have made my stay more convenient.

I loved the eclectic decor at Clapclap Hotel. it really adds a unique vibe. The proximity to both the train station and the old part of Strasbourg is fantastic, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Staff were accommodating when it came to our late-night snack request, which was just tasty dips and chips. That was a nice touch! However, the check-in process felt rushed as the staff were focused on making coffee instead of addressing guests. Our room had limited storage space, so our backpacks ended up on the floor. not ideal but manageable. There are a few steps to navigate to get to the room, which took a bit of effort. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a downside, especially during summer.
